Amedisys Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time days to cover the Gaston County East portion of Lincoln County. Join one of the largest home health and hospice providers in the U.S. to help patients heal at home.

The role offers attractive pay of $94,000-$130,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical plans, PTO, wellness rewards, counseling, a 401(k) match, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited PT education program.
• One year of PT experience in home health is preferred for those new to home health.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function.
• Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations (every 30 days minimum).
• Modify interventions as necessary and perform discharge planning.
