Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• One year of PT experience in home health or approved mentoring if less.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Performs interventions, conducts 30-day reexaminations, adjusts interventions as needed, and handles discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
