Amedisys is seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time days in Tucson, AZ. Join one of the largest home health and hospice providers to help patients heal at home. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $138,000 with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Expect responsibilities for movement, activity, and functional improvements, with ongoing reexaminations and discharge planning as needed. Requirements include a state PT license and CAPTE-accredited education.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• One year PT experience in home health (approval from regional leaders if less).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations every 30 days minimum, modify plans as needed, and discharge planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
