Qualifications

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license required.
• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
