Job summary
Ironside Human Resources in Salem, Oregon is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a leading home health team. This full-time role offers pay starting at $65 per hour and relocation assistance.
You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, implement exercises, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A valid Oregon PT license, 1 year of PT experience, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver's license are required.
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy experience.
- Home health experience strongly preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
