BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time home health role serving Salisbury, North Carolina, including surrounding counties. Qualifications

Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (PT).
Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience.
Graduate from an APTA-approved program (or equivalent).
Ability to work independently and manage time well.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, gait, balance, strength).
Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual therapy and gait training.
Document observations and interventions in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities for independence.
