Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive assessments of the client’s needs.
• Establishes and revises treatment plans with physician approval.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals monthly.
• Completes and submits OASIS assessments and visit notes.
