PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Natalia, TX. This onsite role focuses on helping patients regain movement, reduce pain, and improve independence in their own homes.

The ideal candidate holds an active TX PT license, a graduate degree in Physical Therapy, and experience in home health or rehab settings, with strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Texas (TX).
• Professional liability insurance coverage for TX PT license.
• Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Ability to adapt care to diverse patient needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in home health to determine functional status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Provide interventions including exercise, gait training, and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, sessions, and progress in digital records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls.
