Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college/university in ID or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required.
• CPR certification required; background check and drug screen during pre-employment process.
• Provide proof of personal liability insurance.
• Ability to work independently with schedule flexibility.
• Ability to work with strong interpersonal skills (customer service).
• Computer proficiency required (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations.
• Diagnose movement-related problems and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and other modalities.
• Educate patients about conditions, treatment options, and at-home exercises.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans; collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans accurately.
