PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Lago Vista, TX. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a patient’s home, helping them regain mobility and reduce pain.

We value patient-centered care, dependable team players, and clear communication with patients and caregivers. A NM-licensed PT with home health or rehab experience is preferred, with strong safety awareness and adaptability.

Formación

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.
• Strong ability to adapt care approaches to patient needs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise, gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments and recommend fall-prevention measures.
• Deliver compassionate care while empowering patients to improve independence.
