Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in Laredo, Texas. The role focuses on evaluating patients, designing individualized plans, and delivering evidence-based care in the comfort of patients' homes.

You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, document sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prevent falls and improve mobility.

Qualifications

• Active TX Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in a home health setting and assess function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, and balance retraining.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists.
• Conduct home safety assessments to prevent falls.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
