BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for home health visits in the Prince William County, VA area. The PT will assess mobility, gait, balance, wounds, and functional status, and develop individualized care plans for adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

The role offers flexible scheduling as PRN, part-time, or full-time, with collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and documentation using EMR.

Qualifications

• Must hold VA Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program or equivalent as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements relevant to mobility, balance, strength, and safety.
