Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, establish goals, and develop individual programs to improve mobility and independent function across pediatric to geriatric populations. The role includes supervising PTA and PT/PTA students and ensuring compliant documentation in the EMR.

Responsibilities also cover coordinating with physicians, maintaining patient privacy, and upholding hospital standards.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Illinois Physical Therapist license; grandfathering rules for earlier degrees.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, treat, evaluate and implement a plan of care for all clients.
• Provide supervision of PTA and PT/PTA students as requested.
• Document patient care activities in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality and adhere to Standards of Conduct.
