Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. The role involves co-leading an interdisciplinary team to support patient groups.

You will perform evaluations, establish individualized care and discharge plans, implement therapy interventions, and supervise assigned assistants.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required; licensure in practicing states.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver's license and must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards.
• Develops individualized treatment plans and uses clinical techniques.
• Delivers therapy interventions using established protocols.
• Establishes discharge plans and communicates with the care team.
• Maintains timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
