Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Georgia to evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities and therapeutic exercises. The role focuses on improving mobility, independence in daily activities, and safety at home.

The PT will work within our home-based care programs, applying specialty services such as balance and fall prevention to support patient outcomes and quality of life in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities
• Help patients improve mobility and self-care for daily living
• Utilize specialty programs (Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Joint Replacement programs) to support patient care
