Job summary

Qualifications

• Be licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current therapy practice.
• Possess valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility.
• Use specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint programs.
• Promote independence in activities of daily living and self-care.
