Responsabilidades

• Coordinate care for assigned patient caseload, delegating to PTA staff as needed.
• Complete initial patient assessment and develop a patient-specific plan of care.
• Initiate and revise plan of care as patient status changes; provide preventive and rehabilitative therapy.
• Administer treatments as prescribed and communicate changes to the physician.
• Document OASIS and ensure timely agency documentation.
