You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, maintain CA licensure compliance, and meet safety and vaccination standards while supporting patients' quality of life.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in California.
• FingerPrint Clearance Card is required.
• BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
• Recent TB test and flu shot within past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver's license with auto-insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
