You will deliver tailored PT interventions and help patients improve mobility and quality of life while coordinating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The role requires an active California PTA license, CA Fingerprint Clearance, BLS/ACLS certification, up-to-date TB and Flu vaccination, and valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Comprehensive Immunization/Vaccination Records, including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
