Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in home health in the Redding, CA area. You will develop individualized treatment plans, guide exercises, and collaborate with a diverse care team to support mobility and pain relief.

Candidates should have an active PT license, a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and at least 1 year of home health experience; BLS/CPR and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Open to H-1B sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
