Qualifications

• Current, licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing physical therapy in home care and assist under supervising PT.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercise, gait, ADL, and transfer training.
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment and coordinate care with the health care team.
