Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Fort Myers is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one home health PT in Naples and surrounding areas. You will assess patients, develop goals, and work to improve mobility, strength, and balance in a home setting.

The role requires Florida licensure, graduate of accredited PT program, and at least 1 year of experience (home health preferred); offers full-time employment with flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

• Current Florida PT license.
• 1+ year of experience; home health experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle.
