Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to perform home health visits in Cape Coral, FL. This full-time role offers a salary range of $100,000–$120,000 with comprehensive benefits.

You will provide one-on-one PT services in patients’ homes, focus on mobility and independence, and evaluate environmental safety to promote safe recovery. Ideal candidates hold a Florida PT license, have at least 1 year of experience (home health preferred), and possess a valid Florida

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Current Florida PT license.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and a clear MVR.
• 1+ year of experience; Home Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and balance.
