AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our care team serving Beaver, PA and surrounding areas. The role focuses on managing and delivering patient care plans in home settings, collaborating with a team of clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college.
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum one-year healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
• Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
• Self-management of time and schedule.
• Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
