Job summary

KidsCare Home Health, a therapist-owned pediatric home health provider, is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children in their homes. You will educate families, coordinate care, and support recovery and functional goals.

Require Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, active state license, CPR, and pediatric/home health experience. You will work in a collaborative team, maintain documentation, and participate in QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state PT license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and administer pediatric physical therapy at home.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Coordinate with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in QA and professional development.
