KidsCare Home Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat pediatric patients in home settings. You will guide families, supervise therapy plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal progress.

The role requires a Master’s in Physical Therapy, an active state license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience and pediatric exposure are preferred, with opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer pediatric physical therapy.
• Provide clinical treatment and caregiver training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family about progress and plans.
• Refer patients to other professionals and resources as appropriate.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintains records.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI).
• Attend Continuing Education activities and expand scope of service.
• Maintain adequate caseload with productivity.
