Qualifications

• One year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment.
• One year of administrative experience in a health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient assessment visits, Oasis visits, and clinical visits promptly.
• Allocates clinicians efficiently across geography, matching skills to required care.
• Communicates with patients, clinicians, and staff to ensure timely visits and follow-ups.
• Manages calls from patients and field staff about scheduling issues.
• References clinical and performance issues to the clinical manager.
• Monitors hospitalized patients and ensures appropriate follow-up.
• Generates reports and acts on workflow insights.
• Assists with patient transfers between care centers or hospice services.
