Parx Home Health Care in Florida is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. You will work with patients in their homes to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and independence.

As part of the occupational therapy team, you’ll collaborate with an OT, document progress, ensure regulatory compliance, and educate patients and families. A Florida OTA license, ACOTE-accredited degree, CPR, and a valid driver's license are

Formación

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant (ACOTE) required.
• Florida OTA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement patient care plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide individualized treatment aligned with patient goals.
• Document patient progress and outcomes per regulatory requirements.
