PARS Therapy in Wilmer, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help clients regain independence at home.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, patient and family education, and ongoing progress monitoring to support recovery and long-term wellness.

Competenze

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas (required).
• Current professional liability insurance (required).
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
• Professional, compassionate demeanor with excellent patient interaction.
