Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team in Taylor, TX. You will partner with patients on their recovery journey, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Essential functions include evaluating patients, implementing therapy to improve daily living and motor skills, educating families, collaborating with the care team, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Professional liability insurance in Texas required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on recovery techniques to support independence.
