Job summary

All About Home Care Inc. in Houston, TX seeks Occupational Therapists (OTs) to serve patients in the North East Greater Houston area, including Spring, Humble and Kingwood, with PRN opportunities in The Woodlands and Conroe. The team uses Kinnser/WellSky for documenting care and progress.

We value thorough evaluations, individualized plans of care, and collaboration with physicians, families, and other health professionals to maximize patient independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by AMA/AOTA and/or NBCOT certification.
• Currently licensed to practice OT in Texas.
• Two years of home health experience preferred.
• Experience with Kinnser/WellSky for home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• OT takes initial history and makes initial evaluation.
• Assists physician in evaluating level of function.
• Provides prescribed occupational therapy to improve function.
• Writes progress reports and communicates patient progress to physicians.
• Directs and supervises supportive staff as required.
• Prepares and revises plan of care with goals and discharge plan.
• Performs all skilled OT procedures and home program instruction.
