Job summary

All About Home Care Inc. is a Houston-based home health care agency seeking Occupational Therapists to serve patients in the North East part of Greater Houston, including Spring, Humble, Kingwood, Atascocita, Huffman, Crosby and surrounding areas. PRN OT roles are available for The Woodlands and Conroe regions.

Qualified candidates hold Texas OT licensure, have a degree in Occupational Therapy, and have experience in home health. Kinnser/WellSky experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• OT degree or equivalent and TX license.
• Two years of Home Health preferred.
• 1 year experience using Kinnser/WellSky preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take initial history and perform initial evaluation.
• Assist physician in evaluating function level.
• Provide prescribed occupational therapy and progress notes.
• Direct and supervise therapy staff as required.
• Communicate with physicians regarding treatment changes.
• Prepare and submit plans of care and progress summaries.
• Educate patient and family on home programs and fine motor exercises.
