Job summary

Rehab Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to support home health services across a defined coverage area in the Houston region.

The role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of 10–12 visits per week, supportive team environment, and opportunities to develop clinical skills while delivering compassionate patient-centered therapy to diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Create personalized treatment plans to meet client goals and improve daily activities.
• Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
