UnitedHealth Group’s HomeCall division invites an Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team. You will assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, and home safety, developing therapy plans and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides service within the scope of Occupational Therapy and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and coordinates with physician for therapy plan.
• Observes, records, and reports patient responses to treatment.
• Conducts patient assessments of functional ability.
