Job summary

Adara Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 client care in home settings, traveling to client homes as needed. This full-time role offers scheduling flexibility, independence, and involvement in care planning.

Required are Minnesota OT licensure, AOTA certification, and 2+ years of healthcare experience; a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential. Base salary is $70,000–$100,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota.
• Graduate of an AOTA approved school of occupational therapy and certified by AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy evaluations and develops the plan of care.
• Sets treatment goals, updates plans, and reassesses client progress.
• Delivers therapy, evaluations, and tests under physician direction.
• Instructs and supervises COTAs, HHAs, LPNs and RNs in therapy programs.
