Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Savannah, GA. This full-time role involves 1:1 patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the opportunity for growth within a supportive home-health environment.

Qualified candidates will have CAPTE-approved OT education, current Georgia OT licensure, and CPR certification; two years of adult OT experience, preferably in home health, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification may be required or offered upon hire.
• Two years of adult OT experience; home health preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills; math competency.

Responsabilités

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and adaptive equipment needs.
• Set measurable goals and develop plans to maximize independence and function.
• Coordinate with treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation for billing and care continuity.
• Supervise OT Assistants in direct patient care per state rules.
