Adoration Health in Savannah, GA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health role. You will provide patient-centered, 1:1 OT services in the home, developing and implementing plans to maximize independence and function.

The position offers full-time hours with supportive team collaboration, flexibility in scheduling, and a potential sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Join a growing organization dedicated to quality in-home care.

Competenze

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Occupational Therapy Education program.
• Current OT licensure in the state and AHA CPR certification; CPR may be offered on hire.
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy; home health preferred.
• Strong observation, verbal and written communication, problem solving and math skills.

Mansioni

• Perform OT evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and adaptive equipment needs.
• Set measurable goals and plans to maximize independence and function.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Document services thoroughly for proper billing.
• Supervise OT Assistants in direct patient care per state act.
