FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier care in the Delano area as an Independent Contractor. You will assess daily living activities, plan treatment, and work with adults of all ages in home health, promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• OT license and state registration required.
• Completion of an accredited OT program required.
• Ability to work with all ages.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs related to activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home safety.
• Develop and implement an OT treatment plan to improve patient functioning.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy activities and home programs.
