Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Washington is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status and activities of daily living within the plan of care in coordination with the health care team.

The role requires current Washington OT licensure, a valid driver's license, and access to a dependable vehicle. Full-time employees are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of Washington.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within scope of practice per plan of care and CMS documentation.
• Evaluates functional status and changes in condition; communicates with physician.
• Observes, records, and reports patient responses to treatment and changes in status.
• Conducts patient assessments of function using appropriate tests.
• Seeks to function effectively in diverse home environments.
