Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington state.
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to function in diverse home environments and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provides OT services within scope of practice per state regulations and plan of care.
• Evaluates functional status and CMS-required documentation; collaborates with physician.
• Observes and reports patient responses and changes to the care team.
• Conducts patient assessments using functional ability tests and docs results.
