Job summary

Suru Network invites licensed California PTs and PTAs/OTAs to join as independent contractors delivering in-home outpatient therapy. You’ll build a mobile caseload with patients who receive higher-frequency visits and longer treatment than traditional home health.

With the Suru app, referrals are optional and you decide which opportunities to accept. Suru handles intake, eligibility, and billing, while you focus on care and documenting visits, usually via voice notes.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT/OT)
• Local business license required in CA
• 1099 independent contractor arrangement

Responsibilities

• Join Suru Network to build a consistent mobile caseload.
• Onboard via Suru mobile or web apps; referrals are optional.
• Treat patients in home settings; follow Suru processes for intake and billing
