Suru Network invites licensed physical or occupational therapists to join as independent contractors for in-home therapy across California. You will treat patients in their homes, coordinate referrals, and manage scheduling with flexible hours through the Suru apps.

Clinicians can expect a dynamic caseload, telehealth evaluations, and the ability to select available cases in their service area. Direct deposit weekly is offered; onboarding requires CA license and local business license.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT) required.
• Independent contractor status: 1099.
• Local business license is required to treat patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based PT/OT therapy to patients.
• Coordinate referrals and scheduling via Suru apps.
• Complete telehealth evaluations and transition to in-home follow-up care.
