Onboarding is through the Suru app, with referrals managed digitally, and payments issued weekly via direct deposit. A California license and local business license are required to begin treating patients.

• 1099 independent contractor model in home-health network.

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals via Suru mobile or web app and await patient interest.
• Approve or decline opportunities in your service area.
• Provide home-based PT/OT services when clinically appropriate and document within the system.
