Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a Home Health & Hospice team serving communities across the West Coast. You’ll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve daily living and mobility.

The role requires OT licensure, BLS/CPR, and a driver’s license. You’ll collaborate with care teams and supervise therapy assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT license in applicable state(s).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and recovery.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and discharge planning.
