Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in applicable state(s) is mandatory.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and discharge planning
• Supervise therapy assistants and support quality patient care
