Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop therapeutic retraining programs for patients.
• Confer with the patient's physician for treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Consult with vocational team members to develop plans.
• Document patient observations and interventions.

Skills

Current and unrestricted OT licensure

Current CPR certification

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation
