Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess/screen patients' daily living skills and develop retraining programs.
• Confer with physician and health care team to develop/modify the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to improve strength, ROM, coordination and function.
• Document patient status, progress, and discharge summaries accurately.
