Amedisys is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT services covering Atkinson, Bacon & Coffee Counties in Georgia. The role involves delivering care per physician-approved plans of care, documenting findings, and ensuring safe, effective service delivery.

Eligible candidates will have an ACOTE-accredited OT education, Georgia license, NBCOT eligibility or certification, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Eligible for NBCOT certification or already certified.
• One year related occupational therapy experience required; regional leadership approval if less than 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Deliver occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care.
• Ensure the plan of care addresses all identified problems and document rationale as needed.
• Accountable for safety and effectiveness of therapy delivery.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Supervise home health aide when RN is not active in the case.
• Other duties as assigned.
