Adoration Home Health and Hospice in Winston Salem, NC is looking for a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide expert, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Education program approved by CAPTE.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in State and CPR certification required.
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy.
