AccentCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role based in West Hills, CA. You will provide patient-centered home health OT services across Panorama City, Northridge, Chatsworth, and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, a current California license, and at least two years of independent practice. Must be able to travel to multiple locations and maintain compassionate, high-quality care.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and California OT license.
• At least two years of independent home health experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurologic injury.
